Follow the steps below when your receive the welcome email with login details:
1) Copy the link provided in the email and paste it on your browser
2) On the login page you will see the "Forgot your password?" option
3) Click on it and you will see the following page:
5) Paste the username you received in the email on the "Username" field as shown above
6) Be sure that "Login Level" = "Customer" and click the "Submit" button
7) You will see the following message:
8) Check the mailbox associated with the email address you provided Sippy Support for password reset and you will find an email with a temporary password
9) Click the "Back to login page" as shown on the screenshot above, set the "Username" and the temporary password your received
10) Click the "Login" button
11) The system will ask you to update the temporary password to a new one of your own
12) Set a new password in the appropriate field and you will get access to the Sippy Softswitch web interface
